Prom is one of the most memorable nights of high school — a celebration of friendships, milestones, and the Seahawk spirit. The South Lakes Class of 2027 Class Council is excited to announce that Prom 2026 tickets are officially on sale.

🎟️ Early Bird Tickets – $75 Through February 28

Students and families can purchase early bird prom tickets for $75 through February 28. After this date, ticket prices will increase.

Tickets are available now and will remain on sale through April 18 (the day of prom).

Purchase Tickets on MySchoolBucks

The easiest and preferred way to purchase tickets is through MySchoolBucks (MSB).
Families are encouraged to secure their tickets early and complete their purchase online to ensure a smooth and timely process.

Checks payable to the Junior Subschool are accepted if needed, but MySchoolBucks is strongly recommended.

💙 Angel Tickets: Help a Seahawk Attend Prom

In addition to standard ticket sales, the Class Council is offering Angel Tickets — a meaningful way for parents, teachers, and community members to give back.

An Angel Ticket is a $75 donation through MySchoolBucks that sponsors prom admission for a student who may not otherwise be able to attend due to financial hardship.

Prom should be an experience every student has the opportunity to enjoy. Angel Tickets allow our community to come together and ensure that no Seahawk misses out on this special night.

On Friday, January 9, 2026, the gym at South Lakes High School was the place to be as we proudly hosted our 2nd Sponsor Appreciation Night—and it could not have delivered a more exciting ending.

This special evening was designed to recognize and thank the sponsors who consistently support South Lakes athletics and help our programs succeed. From courtside seating to a shared dinner and front-row access to the action, the night was our way of showing appreciation to those who invest in our student-athletes and our school community.

A Game That Had It All

The spotlight quickly shifted to the court, where our Boys Varsity Basketball team faced off against the Madison Warhawks in a game that tested resolve, patience, and belief.

After a tough first quarter in which the Seahawks were held scoreless, the odds felt stacked. But this team never backed down. Possession by possession, they closed the gap, tightening the game as the clock wound down. With less than a minute remaining in regulation and trailing by two, the Seahawks delivered the clutch basket needed to send the game into overtime.

What followed was pure drama.

In a nail-biting overtime period, the Seahawks rose to the moment, sealing a 53–51 overtime victory and igniting a celebration throughout the South Lakes gym.
